These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Hydra mobile application ("App"), developed and operated by AW Builds ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

The App does not require account registration to use its core features. Hydration data is stored locally on your device by default. If enabled, Hydra utilizes your personal Google Drive AppData folder as a cloud source of truth. It is your sole responsibility to maintain the security of your device, your Google account, and any activity that occurs through the App on your device.
The App offers an optional premium subscription ("Hydra Premium") that unlocks additional features including an ad-free experience, exclusive themes, advanced insights, and data export capabilities.
All purchases are processed through the Google Play Store. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of purchase. Subscription plans include:
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Google Play Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund requests are subject to Google Play's refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.
We may occasionally offer time-limited free trials or promotional access to premium features (e.g., watching a rewarded ad for temporary theme access). These are provided at our discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
The free version of the App displays advertisements provided by third-party ad networks, including Google AdMob and Unity Ads. By using the free version, you consent to the display of such advertisements. Ad content is determined by the ad networks and not by us.
All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to the design, graphics, text, logos, icons, and software — are the exclusive property of AW Builds and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AW Builds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the App or any premium subscription in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AW Builds, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We may also release updates that you will need to install to continue using the App. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in India.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
